Nick graduated from La Trobe University, Melbourne in 2013 with a Bachelors of Health Science and a Masters of Podiatric Practice. He has gained clinical experience across Australia and Internationally in private practice. Nick has experience across all areas of podiatric medicine including general podiatry, ingrown toenail surgical procedures, children’s feet and complex foot/ankle biomechanical problems.
He has a special interest in sports related injury and foot, ankle and lower leg pain especially heel pain, plantar fasciitis, acute/chronic ankle pain and achilles injuries. He has gained significant expertise in sports medicine and sports podiatry working for Pure Sports Medicine, London’s premier sports and musculoskeletal injury clinic working closely with physiotherapists, sports doctors and orthopaedic surgeons.
Nick has a keen interest in custom orthotic therapy utilising 3D foot scanning CAD software and 3D printing technology for the accurate prescription and design of various orthotics. He also combines his podiatric experience with 5 years of experience working at La Trobe University as a Strength & Conditioning Coach / Personal Trainer. This gives him a unique and functional approach to his practice often incorporating a whole body perspective to patient management.
Outside of work he enjoys going to the gym, cycling and hiking. He enjoys watching the footy supporting the Bombers! He is an avid traveller who has lived in 3 different countries.
